We research the label, the ingredient dosages, and whether third-party quality certifications like USP Verified or NSF Certified for Sport are genuine and current, and we publish what we find — including red flags — on products we monetize and on products we don't. Reviews reflect our own research and honest opinion; we never accept payment for a positive placement, and no review here is a paid placement. If a product's label doesn't hold up to its marketing, that's disclosed on its page regardless of whether a purchase link is active for it.
